Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdmtheme

Kubuntu 8.10
I am new to KDE4. I do not like my login background. It is (like a funeral)
gray and black.
So I decide to change the theme. (System settings -> Login Manager)

There is only one theme (the one I am unhappy about - so I click 'get new
themes'
I install some of them - but they do not appear in the listbox (what I would
expect them to)

After that I click install new theme (I have tried manual download of 'oxygen
reloaded' - and another I can't remember)
I select the xml-file (I have also tried the .desktop file - but I end up with
'The file is not a valid KDM theme archieve')

** Affects: kdmtheme (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
