I just discovered that on my laptop and I was shocked. This bug helps to
reliably destroy your had disk, thus we should fix it for edgy and also
for dapper.

I think the following times are reasonable:
LM_AC_HD_IDLE_TIMEOUT_SECONDS=7200
LM_BATT_HD_IDLE_TIMEOUT_SECONDS=900
NOLM_HD_IDLE_TIMEOUT_SECONDS=7200
It means that the disc spins down after 2 hours on ac and 15 minutes on
battery. This should be enough to that it doesn't shut down when you surf
