Public bug reported: I have an HP Pavilion laptop with HP Quickdock to export to 24" monitor. When I use Nvidia X-Server Settings and get everything correctly configured and then export to xorg.conf file, everything is fine until I reboot. I set xorg.conf permissions to 777 and it doesn't matter. When I reboot it puts me in low resolution mode.
