I also saw this running apt-get upgrade immediately after a fresh install
(10.04 amd64).
So it has nothing to do with prior user actions.

I installed the package again, this time it went fine, no problems.
As far as i'm concerned is my problem solved, i reported it because ubuntu
automaticaly connected to launchpad.

one command ran at installation and a duplicate
