Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libswfdec-0.8-0

I noticed that swfdec on Ubuntu 8.10 64-bit crashes on certain YouTube
video's (not all). I filed a bug upstream –
http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18463 – and I was told that
this was most likely fixed already in swfdec 0.8.2, which was released
recently on the 23th of October. I hope Ubuntu can update the swfdec
package to 0.8.2, because otherwise it's impossible to watch certain
video's. The changelog –
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/swfdec/2008-October/002081.html –
doesn't seem to be spectacular, so an upgrade wouldn't be too risky for
Ubuntu's policies?

** Affects: swfdec0.8 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
