I think this was eventually fixed, maybe in KDE. I can set and use all
DMZ cursors there.

This is still the kase in karmic, although looking at /usr/share/icons
/DMZ-White/cursors I see that all the files are there, I just can't get
kubuntu to use them (ie. the loading cursor is still oxygen).
