Since it is not working in XFCE either I doubt it is KDE specific. Does it work
in 9.04 or 9.10?

This seems to be a KDE problem, also happening for me on Gentoo with a
Logitech MX3000 setup.
I'm going to go see if it's in the KDE bug tracker.

the keyboard is connected on the ps/2.
I have to note that it was working perfectly before and also this problem
affects several keys of the "right" side of the keyboard like del,enter...
Also the keyboard works perfect on the gnome desktop and although not fully
