Hmm... Wait, so these are not fwcutter. I take it though that they are
not allowed anyway. An excerpt from the originating website.

Judging by the filename, it seems to be fwcutter. *sigh*
Its a shame as all thats needed is to sudo move them into the folder.

Thank you for reporting this bug.
Note that the fwcutter and b4306 drivers cannot be packaged into Ubuntu.
Can you tell us what do you have to do to make your b4306 working? what
files do you have to copy into lib/firmware/*-generic/ ?
