closing the bug since it's fixed in the current ubuntu version, an hardy
task can be opened if required but there has been not so many request
for getting that fixed in hardy until now

I guess we should close it too. Inkscape crashes in a very particular situation
and if this report had not much followups, maybe it's not that frequent.
Since Ubuntu guys don't think it's worth to fix cairo for Hardy and the bug is
caused by Cairo, maybe the offending feature should be disabled
No idea. The release note (http://cairographics.org/news/cairo-1.8.0/)
says lots of PS/PDF bugs have been fixed in Cairo 1.8, but I don't know
which one fixes this bug.

Any idea if this has been filed against the cairo package in hardy? If
it's not a small fix that they're apt to take care of, we should see
what (if anything) can be done on our end.
