I found the reason of the bug on display of icon bar of Firefox or Swiftfox
within a KDE sesion :
- simply some setting files have for some reason inherited root.root property

Yeah, improper permissions could definitely do it. Just run GUI apps
with kdesudo (and not sudo) and you should be fine. :-)
