I receive the same error. Any words on a repackage?
It's on an x86 machine that is running Gutsy and just a package upgrade
(not a release upgrade.) The work around of manually installing it
worked for me as well.

I am still having a problem with this update. Prehaps I am doing
something wrong or there is a work-around to get out of this loop.
I have found the 3 files:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 290354 2008-11-19
i was having the same problem, and like Yogi i found the files in
/var/cache/apt/archives/partial/
after other reading on the web i browsed to the folder with konqueror (i am
running kde). I then left clicked on each of the files and there was a package
installer option that i used to install

i had the same error.
workaround: download the packages that failed to fetch using a browser
or wget. worked for me.
