Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: alacarte

First, I'm not sure that this bug is part of Alacarte but it's the closest
reference I can figure out.
I upgraded from Hardy to Intrepid by doing a fresh install but I retained my
original /home partition/drive from hardy. After the install I noticed that my
menu item Applications>Accessories had disappeared. All the items that should
be in Accessories had been moved to Applications>Utilities. As far as I can
tell there is no way to rename a menu folder as an easy fix. It's just strange
behavior that didn't happen on a totally fresh install of Intrepid within vBox.
