I was able to resolve this with the following step:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo apt-get install libsndfile1
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following NEW packages will be installed:
libsndfile1
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove
Changing the status to Invalid since it was easy to resolve.
** Changed in: libsndfile (Ubuntu)
Status: New = Invalid
