What is missing is the license information. According to the svn log
messages, it is called the class libs license. The text can be found

The package can be compiled on Intrepid. It needs the package libmono-
dev installed and to the CFLAGS variable in the Makefile, the include
path /usr/include/mono-1.0 needs to be added.
