Hello, thanks for helping to make Ubuntu better.
There are already a few bugs that describe this behaviour (for example bug
288039). I suggest you to try the solutions described in there and if that
works mark this bug as a duplicate of the other bug.
Solution could be:
"alsamixer -Dhw" and set P
