Hmm, Okular does not offer filters for printing. Too bad. I don't know
any other app expect the KPDF, that did.

Okular got more dependencies, thus you might not want to have it
transit. Also, if you feel uncomfortable with that decision you are free
to add the transitional packages (should only be ~100 for core KDE).

Well, the package name, that changed, has been "kpdf", not "kubuntu-
desktop" indeed. Therefore, the transitional package should be named
appropriately.
I personally don't need kubuntu, however there are two apps that don't
have an appropriate equivalent. K3B and KPDF. None of them depends on
