At the time of bug report, program was accidentally placed in non-free
section of sid, and thus did not get automatically pulled. I am
submitting a separate launchpad sync request to add the package, bug
report 319781 at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/319781

semi-automatic tools to sync new packages from Debian so it will most
likely appear in the next Ubuntu release.
