Public bug reported:

Booting fails (I use NFS home directories).  Portmapper is running, but
nfs-kernel-server breaks:

$ rpcinfo -p localhost

Reverting to 2.6.27-10 fixes it.  Both -2 and -3 of 2.6.28 exhibit this
behavior.
