There's now both libghc6-utf8-string-dev and libhugs-utf8-string
available, so I guess only zip-archive has to be packaged?

1) haskell-utf8-string
2) haskell-zip-archive

"Pandoc needs the `utf8-string` and `zip-archive` to compile.
