Whoops, not accepted into intrepid-proposed:
FAILED: pciutils (The source pciutils - 1:3.0.0-4ubuntu5 is already
accepted in ubuntu/jaunty and you cannot upload the same version within
the same distribution. You have to modify the source version and re-
upload.)
Please reupload as -4ubuntu4.1.
Please fix in Jaunty ASAP.

I don't really concur with the necessity of updating non-LTS versions
with newer name maps. For sending debugging information to bug trackers
it hardly matters, and for normal users it's not really visible. These
are neither regressions nor major bugs, and we get little to no feedback
from users

You received this bug
@Martin - Several stable update patches for the Intrepid kernel
contained new PCI device identifiers, so I thought it reasonable to
update pciutils. However, I didn't check to see if any of those updated
IDs in the kernel were actually missing from the 3.0.0-4ubuntu5 pciutils
package.
--
SRU Justification
Impact: New PCI devices are not displayed by name in lspci information
Patch Description: Download current PCI identifiers from Source Forge.
Test Case: See bug description
