Thanks for filing a bug report. The missing feature for toggling
toolbar/menu on/off is not actually a bug, but it is a missing feature
of virt-manager. A feature nice indeed it would be for laptop users.
Because virt-manager is a project from RedHat, it would be more right
place to file a bug request to RedHat bugzilla, instead of Ubuntu bugs.
