Ubuntu better. However, Feisty is no longer a supported release of
Ubuntu. This is probably why the mirrors you are trying to use don't
have the 'feisty' folder anymore. You can learn more about supported
releases of Ubuntu at

to work properly.

Looks like a folder is missing:
the "feisty" folder
