Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mairix
Hi, I am using mairix a lot for mbox files based search. Out of a sudden mairix crashed today multiple times without any clear reason. I fetched a backtrace: Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x000000000041178f in MD5Update () Current language: auto; currently asm (gdb) backtrace full #0 0x000000000041178f in MD5Update () No locals. #1 0x000000000040f35a in compute_checksum () No locals. #2 0x000000000040b684 in get_validated_mbox_msg () No locals. #3 0x000000000040dbc2 in search_top () No locals. #4 0x0000000000402ad3 in main () No locals. After running mairix manually ("mairix") for a reindex everything was fine. The only thing that changed were some mail movements inside the mboxes before doing the crash search.
