I've got the same problem since the first run.
I'm running Intrepid Ibex, yarssr deb version 0.2.2-4
I'm experiencing the same context as for Thyquest first post, no feeds after
reboot but .yarssr/state/ contains feeds' xml.

I have a very similar problem in intrepid though I only lose half my
feeds. For me, the problem may have coincided with an upgrade to the
latest perl packages (5.10.0-11.1ubuntu2.2).
