I checked this on one more computer with similar configuration (ubuntu
Jaunty alpha 3). Same effect, all nautilus windows jump to last
workspace.

I just install ubuntu Jaunty alpha 3. It was installation on clear
computer. Everything by default. Same problem for nautilus.
