Kecsap: can you please post a screen shot of what you are seeing? ubufox
is An Ubuntu package only. So the package needs to be changed once we
figure out the cause.

The situation is the same under Windows, it is an upstream bug. I would
suggest to mark this bug as invalid and encourage the reporter to create
a bug upstream.

Bug verified on up to date Jaunty. Steps to recreate.
1) Without having a java plugin installed go to a page that requires java
2) Select download plugin.

I'll be testing against Alpha 3 Jaunty as soon as I can. This seems very
straight forward enough, I believe a triaged status can be achieved
fairly quickly.

My mistake.. I was triaging while at work and I mistook plugin as
pidgin... Probably because the last bug I triaged had to do with
pidgin. I'll look into this for you

What menu selection are you going through to get to that screen shot you
provided? It almost looks like an Ubuntu menu rather then having
anything to do with pidgin. Could you possibly have meant firefox and
not pidgin?
