The two places to deal with keyboards issue has been resolved, I
believe, in Edgy Beta. Keyboard Shortcuts are now under Keyboard
Mouse, and Keyboard Layout is under Regional Language. Changing
keyboard shortcuts is now under the keyboard icon, as I expected in
earlier versions of
