Same problem, different keyboard.
I don't think opening a bug report for every keyboard type makes sense,
if we all experience the same regression. Some patch must be undone.

Drakesoft, your keyboard is a different model. Can you open a separate
bug for that ?
Make sure you indicate it's a regression in the description, log it
against hal-info. You may also mention it's similar
