Public bug reported:

Not sure if this qualifies as a bug but when I'm using my Sony Vaio
laptop and I don't want or need to connect to my wifi network I get a
popup asking for my password to unlock the keyring for my WEP/WPA key.
If I click deny the window just keeps popping up asking for my password
until I finally give and just enter it. So then i must go disable
networking since after entering my password I get connected to my access
point. Shouldn't selecting deny stop the action and prevent the keyring
from asking for your password over and over and over with no ability to
stop it?
