I'm attaching a debdiff to fix both the bad installation paths by
installing only 1 .desktop to /usr/share/applications/ and putting in
Categories= Education; Art; . The current .desktop has no Categories
entry, which is bad. I've verified that this patch builds and installs

There are 2 problems, mentioned in this bugreport:
1. The same tuxpaint.desktop is placed in 2 old, non-standart folders
(/usr/share/applnk/Graphics/ and /usr/share/gnome/apps/Graphics/ )
instead of being in one folder, as described in freedesktop.org
