Public bug reported:
There was an update of the linux kernel image today for Ubuntu Hardy.
When I run it, everything loads fine except for the graphics. Xserver
goes into low graphics mode and the xorg.conf file gets ignored. It says
that the hardware could not be determined correctly.
This is strange because under 2.6.24-22 everything worked and is still
working fine.
The graphics card is: nVidia Corporation GeForce 6100 nForce 405 (rev
a2) (according to lspci under 2.6.24-22)
I will be happy to give more information if required.
