Hi Pedro,
here's some output of the command provided. The log is not complete, I'm
having some issues with my ipod (I/O errors, not related to Ubuntu nor
MSI), but have some lines revealing part of the problem.

Hey JCI!, could you also get a rhythmbox log? Just run rhythmbox as:
rhythmbox --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt perform the operation to
reproduce the issue and attach that resulting log file to the report,
