Please correct it if I'm wrong but this is the same issue as described in

[gutsy] special keys on lapt
I forgot to label the previous attachment as the decompiled dsdt. The
bios I am running on the system is the most current one available from
the Toshiba website v5.20 2007-11-05

Oh yea, I also forgot to note in the bug report that even using the test
kernel toshiba-acpi will not load because the keys it is looking for in
the dsdt are not there for my bios.

I tested this and it seems to not help with the keys that are not
responding.

We are planning on resurecting the toshiba_acpi drivers to bring
functionality back in to line with Intrepid support. I have some
kernels with this ported drivers applied at the URL below. If we could
test there and report back that would be helpful. Kernels here:
