If I download and compile the 0.9 package from sourceforge, there is no 3D at all. This also occurs with all the svn revisions. Even if I install the osmesa dev package and do ./configure --enable-osmesam, 3D still does not exist. Additionally, I installed the package from http://ppa.launchpad.net /loic-martin3/ppa/ubuntu interpid main.
