Please sync python-mode 1:5.1.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
debian/emacsen-startup file in the Debian package is different from the
file in Ubuntu package and the new Debian file doesn't need to be
patched.
Changelog since current jaunty version 1:1.0-3.1ubuntu4:

* Fresh upstream release of python-mode.el, which also includes
- doctest-mode.el ver. 0.5 alpha
