Public bug reported:

some times nm-applet lists my network interfaces twice or 3 times each.
so it shows my 2 interfaces as though i have 6! also only the 'last'
duplicate will connect correctly. after it connects the other
2(dulpilicates) say they connected to. This is not the first time this
has happened to me. i am running intrepid on a dell-ubuntu xps
m1330(ubuntu preinstalled)(and I am _very_ disappointed with it's out-
of-box experience, if anyone cares about that(not just this bug). I
bought it to share with my wife; expecting very few issues ).

in this situation, it seems to fail to re-connect automatically :(

let me know if you need any more information.

A seperate problem, but maybe(??) related is that some times after
resume-from-ram, nm-applet gets set to 'networking disabled' and i have
to re-enable it to connect manually.

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
