After taking a closer look on this I don't think it's a bug. The
Workspace Switcher enables you to drag a application from one workspace
to another. If you use an english environment and you focus an
application within the Workspace Switcher a tooltip Click to start
dragging ... appears. Klicken

As far as i know, this is more like a typo then a bug and should be
