I just got totem-gstreamer-video-thumbnailer crashed with SIGSEGV in
memset(). I was not running totem (as far as I know) but had just
emptied the trash and had clicked to close the window when I got this
message. I'm sorry but I don't have much more to say. Recent update
from 8.10 to 9.04 (but
Exact thing happens when I try to play a wmv file, totem crashes. Also
when trying to view the properties of a wmv file it crashes nautilus. I
am able to play wmv using vlc or mplayer.

and if i right click on that mkv file and select properties then
nautilius crashes

this happens when i open a folder with .mkv or .mp4 video format, and
the preview can't load.
