After testing wicd I can say that I had no kernel panic with it. But the
connection was also very unstable - after about 30minutes (varying from
5Minutes to about 2hours) I had to disconnect-connect.
Now I have switched back to network-manager and became very soon a kernel
panic. Here is the log

PS: Today I am trying wicd instead so we can determine wheter it is only
a networkmanager-problem or something else.
But already yet (using wicd for 10Minutes) I can say that the connection
is not as stable as it should be.
