Continued testing Ubuntu with the x6250 blades, the 8.10 desktop edition
installs OS and grub correctly and boots first time with out a problem.
Seems the problem is only with the server edition.

Grub not installed propperly/at all on Sun Microsystems Blade Server 6048 blade
type X6250, When
ubuntu-8.10-server-i386.iso This was the install image used on the
blades. (this bug was seen on four separate x6250 blades)
