I am also affected by this. Using 9.04 with thunderbird 2.0.0.23, with imap to msft exchange 2000 server (this is a work desktop). When I try to forward an email that has attachments, it will work MOST of the time. However, it will fail with some frequency. I have seen it at least 3 times in ~3
