The PPA version works much better. NM tries to connect, and fails for
the first time. After typing in my password, it connects to my WLAN.
There is no need to correct the settings with the gconf-editor.
The password is still shown as a hex string in the password-dialog,
when I click on "show pass
for intrepid, can you please test the packages available in ~network-
manager team PPA? (http://launchpad.net/~network-manager/+archive)?
