In Karmic the situation seems to have improved. 3 out of 5 times the macbook wakes up and the keyboard and mouse are just fine. The other times they're unusable again and require a reboot. It almost appears that the'yre slow because their events are being polled, but top doesn't indicate any CPU u

I have the same issue with karmic. Sometimes the computer will resume from suspend fine with no issues, but id say about half of the time it has the sluggishness, my load stays around 3-4, and my mouse and keyboard are very laggy. The keyboard is even laggy if i switch over to a console and kill
