Intrepid runs out of support at the end of this month, and since it was
removed in jaunty for quality issues, a fix for intrepid wouldn't be
worth it.

This patch is a fix of this bug for the current stable release 8.10
(intrepid), it could be uploaded to intrepid-updates.
You can sync both new intrepid and jaunty package releases with these patches

I think i have fixed this issue for Jaunty, and i attach a patch with the fix.
I plan to attach also a patch for Intrepid version soon.
