I think it's unlikely 3.2.0 would be accepted for Jaunty at this stage.
An upgrade to 3.0.2 is more appropriate. This would still require a FFe
to cover the few minor features introduced.

3.1.0 (a beta) is out, with plans to release 3.2.0 (stable) along with
Gnome 2.26. Packaging 3.1 early might simplify getting 3.2 into Jaunty
along with the rest of Gnome 2.26.
Furthermore, the Codec selection in the current package in Jaunty is
rather limited - especially lacking are h263 and
