This is fixed for german too because gwenview-i18n has been removed
since karmic.
@André: your particular issue is bug 503070 and a patch has been
uploaded and will be available soon.

I have the same problem as described in post #6. It also happens on karmic and
the message is:

I hit this but on Karmic with kde-l10n-de while upgrading to kde-4.3.4
from ppa.
