Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: postgresql-8.3
sudo -u postgres createdb xx reports "createdb: could not connect to
database postgres: FATAL: database "postgres" does not exist". If I do
this createdb -U postgres xx same error. Normally this just creates the
database.
