Searching through the bugs on Launchpad I figured that we should change this

I marked all installed packages for "reinstallation".
This then allowed the script generator to work.
But the script that it generated looked like ;

I think this should just have a name change. A simple File -> Export
Package List would be better than Save Markings. Since this is exactly
the wording of the various requests I've seen towards this. I know this
is an old bug report, but just thought I'd add my two cents.

The feature is there, but apparently it is not easy enough to discover.
Please use "File/Save markings" and check the box "Select full state,
not only changes".
Feedback in how to improve the discoverability of this feature is very
welcome!
