Did this just start happening after you typed the Shift+End, or has this
happened since install? Have you adjusted any key mappings?

This just started happening. Key bindings? Duh, why didn't I think of
that? I just uninstalled xbindkeys, as it wasn't working properly, but
that was about two weeks ago, this problem is newer than that. On the
plus side, I'm finally learning to use the standard home/delete/insert
keys...
