Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gdm
Ubuntu 8.10, GDM 2.20.8-0ubuntu3 When multiple users are logged in in multiple GDM session, an inserted cd/dvd will be mounted by the user that was first logged, without regards to the session in which the cdrom is mounted. This makes impossible to unmount the device under the last session (an error dialog shows up), one must change to the first user in order to correctly unmont and eject it, or force it with a sudo. A correct behaviour would be that the device is mounted by the user that is currently active. ** Affects: gdm (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- cdrom mounted by wrong user when multiple session with gdm https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/332821 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
